The user may carefully read all the information on products and services as provided in relevant sections. usedmobileparts.com will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from the use of the services on usedmobileparts.com This without limitation includes loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act/omission of the vendor. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, or under any other cause of action.
All products are checked, screened, and assured by the vendors to ensure that the products are of the standard, quality, design, composition, style, or model that they are representative of. The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of usedmobileparts.com Request for cancellations of orders once placed on usedmobileparts.com shall not be entertained.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. The payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by usedmobileparts.com for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order. The User agrees to give accurate, authentic, and true information. usedmobileparts.com reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point in time. If any such user details are found not to be true wholly or partly, usedmobileparts.com has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services of usedmobileparts.com and/or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
usedmobileparts.com will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the ones to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user. The user must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.usedmobileparts.com shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of ordered goods by the vendors (trade organizations, manufacturers/shops, etc.), flood, fire, wars, acts of God, or any cause that is beyond the control of us. Even though usedmobileparts.com shall try to deliver the products as per the details/specifications given on the order form by the user, it reserves a right to deliver a similar/alternate product for reasons beyond its control and any such action shall not be deemed as bad-delivery.
The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian. usedmobileparts.com shall not entertain any complaints after 7 days, once the order is delivered. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs in any case then usedmobileparts.com is not liable to pay/refund any amount more than the order value of the customer.
Customers must provide full, accurate, and legible information in the order form. All photos are for reference only; no refund or replacement will be given based on the reference picture. All credit card payments must be authorized online. In the event of non-authorization of any credit card, ProRepairParts is not responsible for all or part failure of non-acceptance and non-authorization of such credit cards.
Custom duties and other levies in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. The prices do not include duties for any country. Customers must provide up to 4 weeks for processing and delivery of orders. ( Normally, delivered in 5-7 days)
In the event of any order that cannot be processed within 4 weeks, usedmobileparts.com will inform the customer at the earliest. While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in the color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes. A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received.
All items offered are subjected to availability at the time of placing your order. Designs and prices are subject to changes without notice. If the user has any questions, doubts, or confusion in regard to any of the terms & conditions set out herein he should seek clarifications from us through email and should wait for a written clarification before using the service.
